Access to our Exclusive Listings
Polimeno Realty has been contracted as an agent of our Sellers to market their properties exclusively. Working with us will give you direct access to these listings and, although we represent the Sellers as their listing agent, we have the responsibility to work with you in a professional, honest, and ethical manner in facilitating your purchase of their property.

Buyer Representation
Our agents can work with you directly as your buyer agent assisting you in your search for information, ultimately resulting in your ability to find a property that is right for you. If your interests extend beyond the listings we are representing exclusively, our agents will represent you, as your contracted agent, in your search for property through the Multiple Listing Service or any other venue which will give you access to all listings currently available in the market. In most cases, commissions are earned through the proceeds of the sale, not from your pocket.

Guidance
Whether we are representing you directly as a buyer agent or working with you and our seller clients, our responsibility is to walk you through the entire process. We will map out a strategy for you to assist you in your property search, financial qualification, negotiations, and contract process. We will also help you to find qualified financial institutions, home inspectors, appraisers, and legal representation. This is what we do every day, and our goal is to make it as stress free a process as is possible.
